Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests can only be made before the order is dispatched.

Cancellations will not be allowed after dispatch.

The cancellation request must be sent via WhatsApp/Email along with the order details.

Cancellation will be confirmed only after approval.

The refund will be made to the original payment method.

5. Damaged / Wrong Product

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product with clear photos/video proof.

A replacement/refund decision will be made after verification.
